Refund policy

Orders placed are non-refundable. For product changes, contact us and we will make the change for you (non-guaranteed) if the product has yet to be prepared.

To request for a change of order, you can contact us at spicenthai@gmail.com. Please note that there will be no refunds of excess amounts if the revised order is lower in value to the original order. 

We will notify you on the status of the exchange prior to delivering your order.
